 FlyMountains, the 1st Snowkiting school in Savoie !
Our goal is to share our passion, to help you discover and love this fantastic sport, in the best conditions possible. All instructors are specifically trained by the French Federation (FFVL)
SNOWKITING is the best gateway to access KITESURFING. Since you're on hard ground (snow) and you only need light wind to start sliding, it is way easier, safer and quicker to learn how to handle the kite. After a few days on snow this winter, you'll be ready to hit the beach next summer and kick ass on a Kiteboard !
 
You will be learning together with 4 other students maximum for 1 instructor (unless you choose to go for a private lesson..) Snowkiting equipment is 2007. Soft kites (NORTH Kites), harnesses, helmets and radios are provided. Skis and snowboards must be brought with you. If needed, it is possible to rent some at our partner’s shop, TWINNER SPORT La Rosière
Each course is organised as follow :

All our courses :
- "100% BEGINNER" Initiation to static steering : 1.5 hours
- "100% STARTER" Your first snowkiting experience : 3 hours
- "100% SENSATIONS" Learn to kite various landscapes : 2 or 3 x3h
- "100% PASSION" Freedom and 1st jumps : 4 x3 hours
- "100% FREERide/Style" Learning the tricks: de 1.5 à 6h

| The above course length is based on the time spent ON THE ZONE. Time to get to/from the area is not included.

CANCELLING FROM YOUR SIDE :
- 15 days ahead of the course starting date, you get full refund of your deposit.
- Less than 15 days ahead of the course, we keep your 30% deposit.
- Your cancellation, even partial, under the 15 days time limit will not allow any price reduction or refund.
All started courses must be paid.
CANCELLING FROM THE SCHOOL :
- you will be contacted 8 days ahead of the course starting date and will get a full refund of your 30% deposit.
Snowkiting depends directly on weather. If the weather is not sufficiently safe, and the course has to be ended earlier than scheduled, the following conditions apply :
> If the minimum time (see tab below) has been reached at the end of the course, no refund or deferment will be offered.

> If the minimum time has not been reached at the end of the course, the following solution are possible :
a) Refund of the remaining courses.
b) Holding on the remaining courses.

Snowkiting instructor and director of the FlyMountains school. Snowkiting since 2001, mostly at the Petit St Bernard pass. Also working with a video recorder in order to share his passion on the web.
Lambert FOURNIER
Snowkiting, kitesurfing, skiing and snowboarding instructor. He’s been teaching for over 10 years and still loves sharing his passion.

The FFVL licence is compulsory. This licence includes a liability insurance specific for snowkiting, kitesurfing and paragliding.
It can be bought for one day, or a whole year.
You should have your own accident insurance for winter sports as you will be snowkiting in an off piste area (ie Carte Neige / Carré Neige)
